Marco A. Almirall is a graduate of the Superior Fine Arts Institute of Cuba with a degree in Film & TV Direction in 2008.
Marco’s passion for life has been revealed in a wide variety of projects. Since his first taste of the arts at the Havana Film Festival in 2001, Marco now has almost two decades of professional direction, editing, cinematography and photography under his belt. Over the last years Marco founded the production company La Talla Films, and has partnered with LT Creative Inc., Cachita Universal Studios & LANAM Post, well established production & post-production media companies as well. Previous employment includes the co-founding of Kohlywood Films in Miami from 2013 to 2015 and JC Digital Final Productions in Mexico City from 2009 to 2013.
Marco has received many accolades for his work, where his passion and attention to detail are evident. Marco has extensive print and film advertising, documentary, feature and music video experience in the US, Mexico and Cuba.
